We know that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another client. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply. For no-shows, the full service amount may be charged. Thank you for understanding.
